Time Tracking Policy

1. Purpose

Time tracking helps Oakspire Workforce maintain accurate records of work activity and support administrative review.

2. Clock In and Clock Out

Employees must clock in when beginning approved work and clock out when stopping work.

3. Accuracy

Employees are responsible for accurate time entries and should promptly report mistakes.

4. Prohibited Timekeeping Conduct

Employees may not clock in for work not performed, leave timers running while not working, misrepresent time, edit time dishonestly, or use another person’s account.

5. Review and Approval

Time entries may be reviewed, approved, corrected, or rejected by authorized administrators.

6. Corrections

Employees should contact support if a time entry is incorrect or missing.

7. Records

Time tracking records may be retained for business, administrative, audit, and security purposes.
