Employees are responsible for maintaining a suitable work environment. Any company-provided instructions, tools, or resources must be used according to company procedures.

4. Communication

Employees should monitor portal messages, email, and assigned communication channels during agreed work periods.

5. Availability

Employees must follow agreed schedules and notify the company of availability issues as soon as practical.

6. Confidentiality

Company, client, candidate, employee, and internal information must be protected at all times.

7. Time Tracking

Employees must accurately clock in and out where required.

8. Performance and Accountability
